Staybridge Suites Sioux Falls Southwest, an IHG Hotel

The staff was very courteous and professional. They were able to coordinate an early checkin. The room was very spacious and clean. They have a social available Monday through Wednesday evenings where they provide appetizers and beverages for their guests. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Our vehicle broke down in Sioux Falls and we were not certain if the needed repairs to our vehicle would be completed or if we would need to stay another night. So we elected to reserve the room for another night in case repairs could not be completed. Well the repairs were completed late in the day and we did not need the extra night. As we were checking out, and without our asking, the manager removed the additional night from our bill and did not charge us for the 7 hours we stayed in the room after checkout. On top of this, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, with pleasant and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of items to choose from. If we ever find ourselves in Sioux Falls again, we would not hesitate to stay here.

Staybridge Suites will forever be my favorite hotel to stay at. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The mini kitchen is great if you want to cook your own food. Free laundry. The breakfast is great, hot and cold options. If you stay during the week they have a evening social hour with free drinks and food. Staybridge cares about its customers!

Five star fabulous. A truly pleasant experience beginning to end. We have been on a road trip across the country and this is by far our best experience. Clean. Friendly. Good pool and hot tub. Yummy breakfast and dinner. Free laundry room. Don't hesitate. This is the one. Thank you Staybridge. You have won us for a life time!

Amber, at the front desk was Awesome and helped us extend our stay. Very professional staff. Modern and clean. Excellent breakfast and a social hour on certain days throughout the week, that offered a light dinner and wine. Comfy beds, and just an overall A+.

I didn't expect the friendliness, the cleanliness, or the good free tacos we received during our Staybridge stay. This was our first time staying at a Staybridge, and wow, did we make the right choice! The staff was friendly, and the rooms were so spotless that they left us super impressed. We travel a lot and have stayed at probably over 100 hotels. My husband always checks the bed thoroughly (like removes the sheets and has a flashlight type deal) before we even bring our luggage in to avoid a bb disaster. He said that it was one of the top 3 cleanest beds he's ever seen. The tub was so shiny clean, and the rest of the room was spotless, nary a stray hair to be found. I couldn't believe it! GIVE THE CLEANING CREW A RAISE! The bed was also super cozy, and the room was quiet. Free parking. During our stay, they hosted a social hour, offering tacos and wine/beer. What??? Amazing. I will definitely include this hotel as a recommendation on my travel blog. You guys are doing a fantastic job. Keep it up!
